Dave has worked in ministry for over 15 years and started a new church before joining the Paradox team in 2019 as Lead Pastor. Dave is married to his wife Gwyn and has 3 young children - Jenna, Joshua & Norah. Dave loves discovering new music, fantasy football, craft breweries, coffee shops & cigars.
