US Leadership Track

Antioch's US Leadership Track (USLT) is an immersive, equipping-based two-year program designed to develop the next generation of Antioch pastors, with a particular focus on those called to plant or lead churches. It focuses on the development of both character and competency and the discernment of calling using classroom training, hands-on ministry experience, and 1-on-1 coaching.

First-year participants will develop the core leadership skills necessary to lead a team with a clear vision. Second-year participants will gain an overview of Scripture and orthodox Christian doctrine as well as receive leadership development in one area of their choice, preaching, pastoral care, or general ministry leadership.

We believe that God is raising up a new generation of leaders to lead and plant a new generation of churches that take this calling, this culture, and multiply it far beyond what we have seen. This will lead to more lives transformed by the Gospel. As a result, a greater wave of laborers for the nations and great impact in our cities.
