MEMORIZE. Our Scripture Focus for this study is Exodus 15:1-3. Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry God’s Word with us wherever we go.
READ. Today’s reading is Exodus 14 & Exodus 15:1-21. (Go Deeper: Romans 6:1-4, Hebrews 11:29)

THINK. A Thought from Pastor Mike…
I can’t honestly think of a more dramatic, memorable encounter in all of human history than what went down at the Red Sea. And it didn’t happen by accident. The Israelites didn’t take a wrong turn and get lost. God led them there. He then prompted Pharaoh to pursue them. Why??? God tells us. He did it to receive glory. So God is a glory hound? Not at all. He wanted to make a dramatic, memorable statement to the Israelites that he is powerful to save, from even the most hopeless looking circumstances. And it worked! The parting of the Red Sea became moment that those million plus Israelites, generations after, and all God fearing people to this day point to as thee prime example of deliverance. What impossible circumstances do you find yourself in? What evil foe is trying to overtake you or what impassable obstacle stands in your way. Ask God, our mighty deliverer, to make a way that you might give him the glory he deserves.
LIVE. One practical way to understand and apply the Bible is the SOS method. Ask…

O: What am I being invited to obey?
S: What can I share with those around me?
PRAY. Pray for yourself, a family member, a lifegroup/church friend, someone who doesn’t know Jesus, and the nations. Pick one each day or pray through them all every day.
