Good Morning!
Let’s focus our day by spending some time with Jesus before it begins.

THINK. A Thought from Pastor Dave…
Christians are connected to one another in Christ. We are called to live out our relationships with one another as a demonstration of the unity and love made possible in Jesus. In addition to being part of the larger body of Christ around the world and across time, we also see examples in Scripture of Christians belonging to smaller groups of believers. As a community of people shaped by the gospel, the Church is called to love and serve one another, meeting each other’s needs and encouraging one another in godliness. This is important for us to faithfully live on mission. Followers of Jesus are called to not be isolated from those who don’t know Christ. Rather, we are to demonstrate Christ’s love in how we live and to share the good news of His life, death, and resurrection with others. Jesus summed up the entirety of the Law in two commandments - love God and love your neighbor. We are to minister to our neighbors’ needs, extending them the care we would show ourselves in any given situation.
LIVE. One practical way to understand and apply the Bible is the SOS method. Ask…
S: What does this passage say about God, and what does it say about me?
O: What am I being invited to obey?
S: What can I share with those around me?
PRAY. Pray for yourself, a family member, a lifegroup/church friend, someone who doesn’t know Jesus, and the nations. Pick one each day or pray through them all every day.
