Good Morning!
Let’s focus our day by spending some time with Jesus before it begins.

THANK. Write down 5 things you’re thankful for in the last 24 hours.
WORSHIP. Pick a song from one of our Spotify Playlists and let it play in the background.
PRAY. Pray for yourself, a family member, a friend, someone who doesn’t know Jesus, and the nations.
READ. Today’s scripture reading is from Luke 1:39-56 & Psalm 107:1-16

THINK. A Thought from Pastor Dave…
Christmas is just a few days away. You may be feeling a lot of things right about now… Stress. Anxiety. Hurried. Overwhelmed. Exhausted. But are you excited? As you’ve gotten older, you may not feel the same excitement you once did to wake up on Christmas morning, to open gifts, or to go play outside in the snow on a White Christmas. It shouldn’t surprise us that the excitement of temporary things is, well, temporary. If you’re just not feelin’ it this Christmas, get some time in God’s presence! When John got in Jesus’ presence, he leapt for joy from inside his mother’s womb. Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and exclaimed with a loud cry. Mary busted out in a song of joy. Today, if you want to feel what they felt, I want to invite you to do what they did. Get with God. Do something you enjoy, go to a place you enjoy, or be with people you enjoy. And then (and I’m serious about this), get excited. Make a list of what you’re grateful for or excited about. Turn up the music and sing. Get a little crazy and have a dance party. Bust open the windows and shout Merry Christmas. You get the point. God’s presence brings joy. Jesus is coming. Get excited!
